We celebrated the 60th Anniversary of the founding of Hebden Bridge and District Round Table on Friday 30th September 2011
The Charter Dinner saw HBRT reach 60 years of age as a modern movement with traditional values, true to its founders’ visions, proud of its successes and ready for the future.
The event was open to all members, past members, quests, wives and partners. Local area Round Table and 41 Club members and guests were particularly welcome.
The evening included a vintage bus transport from Todmorden Town Hall that picked up on the way along the valley, down Tuel Lane and along Wakefield Road to Elland, arriving at Berties Banqueting Hall at 7:00 pm for dinner at 7:30 pm. The bus returned at 1:00 am.
Pictures and a report should appear here soon, but don't hold your breath!
